PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the County Council of Dorchester County enacted Bill No. 2025-4 on Tuesday, May 20, 2025. The legislation shall take effect on July 1, 2025.

BILL NO. 2025-4 AN ORDINANCE CONCERNING: 2025-2026 ANNUAL BUDGET AND APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE OF DORCHESTER COUNTY FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADOPTING THE COUNTY BUDGET, CONSISTING OF THE OPERATING BUDGET, THE CAPITAL BUDGET, AND THE GRANT BUDGET, FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2026; AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR ALL EXPENDITURES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING JULY 1, 2025 AND ENDING JUNE 30, 2026.
