Fee Schedules

The Zoning and Building Code fee schedules have been posted below. These list the fees associated with permits and official document review.

Fee Schedule FY24

Minimum fee on any permit: $50.00

We accept cash, check, money orders and credit/debit cards (additional fees required). 

Map and Data Fees:

Dorchester County Map Distribution (Hard Copy and Digital Maps)

Cost for Hard Copy Maps includes labor and supplies:
