Excusal/Postponement Requests

Requests for postponement or excusal (partial or full) must be received by the Jury Commissioner no later than TEN (10) DAYS in advance of your first reporting date! 

All requests must be supported by proper documentation (see the back of your Summons for list of documents accepted).  **Any and all requests for excusal due to MEDICAL or DISABILITY issues must be accompanied by a doctor’s note.  

Submit requests and documentation online with your Qualification Form.
