PUBLIC NOTICE

DORCHESTER COUNTY’S POLICE ACCOUNTABILITY BOARD
IS ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SERVICE ON THE
DORCHESTER COUNTY ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGING COMMITTEE

TAKE NOTICE: That the Police Accountability Board (PAB) of Dorchester County, Maryland is seeking applicants who wish to serve on the Dorchester County Administrative Charging Committee (the “ACC”). The ACC duties include, but are not limited to the following: 1) review the findings of a law enforcement agency’s investigation of a complaint made by a member of the public against the police officer; 2) determine whether the police officer shall be administratively charged; and, 3) recommend appropriate discipline.
