Dorchester County Landfill Manager

Salary Commensurate with Experience
This position is responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of the County Landfill, its transfer stations and recycling drop-offs.
Minimum Qualifications:
10 years of experience in construction, operations, and maintenance related to landfill or general site work. 5 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably as a manager of operations. SWANA certification or ability to become SWANA certified within 6 months of hire. Possession of valid Maryland driver’s license (Class C) is required. Education in a related field can be substituted for experience.
Education:
Graduation for an accredited high school or equivalent (GED).
