$26,691 minimum starting salary
(may be higher based on experience)
This position is assigned to the Finance Department. This position performs data-entry, cashiering, bookkeeping and clerical work. This position maintains and reconciles accounts using a computerized accounting system. Data entry deals specifically with payroll, purchase orders, journal entries, receipts, disbursements, landfill accounts, payables and fixed assets.
Education: High School/GED is required.
Experience: A minimum of three years of general bookkeeping. Supplemental course work in bookkeeping, accounting, computer operations is preferred.
Must possess a valid Motor Vehicle Operator’s License or equivalent.
Complete background check will be conducted including pre-employment drug screening.
