Job Summary and Essential Functions
Position provides administrative and fiscal support to the Finance Department while maintaining an extremely high level of customer service and professionalism. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, servicing front office customer transactions, handling of physical and electronic mail and customer phone lines, reviewing deed transfers for sold properties, processing outstanding taxes and liens, assisting with MVA renewal transactions, preparing applicable daily posting payments, preparing deposits and all other duties as assigned.
Education and Qualifications
Position requires a high school diploma or GED (AA in related field preferred), Microsoft experience, a minimum of one to three years’ in an administrative role, ability to handle/count cash payments, effectively communicate in writing and orally, possess organizational and time management skills and be able to exhibit great customer service skills.
