SEALED BIDS for Providing Dorchester County Office Building Restroom Renovations will be received at the Dorchester County Council Office BID BOX; 501 Court Lane, Room 108, Cambridge, Maryland 21613 until 2:30 P.M. on the date specified below for Bid Opening, at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read in Room 110. All bids must be on provided Bid Form.

In accordance with State Finance and Procurement Title 13 of the Annotated Code of Maryland, no bid, performance or payment bonds are required for bids less than $100,000.00. The anticipated cost of the project is under $100,000.00.
The Dorchester County Council hereby notifies all bidders that in regard to any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement; bidders will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this notice and will not be subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, sex or national origin in consideration for an award.
